Spending by arts and culture organizations drive the economy.

This spending supports 2,955 full-time equivalent jobs with $63,418,000 in household income paid to residents.

Arts and culture audiences spend money when out and about.

The average event-related spending by audiences excluding the cost of admission is $21.62 per person, with non-resident attendees spending 94% more than resident attendees.

With the exception of D.C., Montgomery County outranks all jurisdictions in the greater D.C. region.
