Guide to Children's Arts Activities

Winter-Summer 2017

Don't let the learning stop after the final bell rings! Your child or teen can find plenty of enriching after-school and weekend arts and humanities activities like music lessons, dance and theater classes, visual arts training, and camps right here in Montgomery County. The arts do more than teach specific arts abilities and encourage creativity; they help children develop reasoning and problem-solving skills too. Participating in the arts also fosters better self-esteem, motivation, and self-discipline: skills your child can use in and out of school. You can count on the organizations listed in this Guide to give your child an exceptional experience that will last a lifetime.
