The Betty Mae Kramer Gallery presents The County Collects IV: Faces in Spaces, an exhibition featuring 14 artworks from Montgomery County’s Contemporary Works on Paper collection. The works on display are by local and regional artists: Lila Oliver Asher, F. Lennox Campello, John Driesbach, Zeki Findikoglu, Pat Golden, Mary Lou Hartman, Joyce Jewell, Kate Kretz, Carole Sue Lebbin, Judith Elaine Peck, Preston Sampson, Caroline M. Thorington, and Robert A. Wieferich.

The County Collects IV: Faces in Spaces invites viewers to reflect on the spaces we create – both public and private – and take comfort in the connections we share with our fellow humans – neighbors, strangers, and everyone in between – in those spaces. The exhibition features works by fourteen artists who utilize a variety of mediums to portray individuals in their ‘element’.
The Contemporary Works on Paper Collection consists of more than 550 prints, drawings and watercolors by regional artists. Works acquired by the county more than 40 years ago by noted artists Lila Oliver Asher, Zeki Findikoglu, and John Driesbach will be exhibited alongside newer artworks by artists such as F. Lennox Campello, Judith Elaine Peck, and Preston Sampson.
